h Favorite track is hard to pick, but I went with the first because it evokes the feeling of a rollercoaster jerking and starting to move. This album is a journey, and it is one I love to revisit. VERY ominous aura, but somehow deeply catchy and something I can't help but rock out to. Whatever your usual music taste, take the time to listen to this one all the way through, because it's worth it. Favorite track: Dans Mustață.

about

Vanishing Shapes Newcastle, Australia

For almost half a decade Vanishing Shapes have been inhaling the coal dust of Newcastle and exhaling sparkles all over the Eastern side of the continent. Their music, often being described as ‘fairy music’, is an eccentric amalgamation of various trad-folk styles meshed with modern art music, progressive rock practices and a healthy dose of classical expertise. ... more
